The Application collects your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location and use it in the following ways:
The Application requests access to the device microphone solely to allow you to record and send voice messages within the in-app live chat with store support. Recordings are made only when you explicitly tap the record button, and the audio is sent only to the merchant you are chatting with. The Application does not record audio in the background or without your action.
The Application may request access to your camera and photo library to allow you to upload photos for your profile, product reviews, custom order fields, or attachments in chat. Media is only accessed when you explicitly choose a file or take a photo through the in-app picker.
The Application uses push notifications to keep you informed about your order status, promotional offers, replies in live chat, and other relevant updates from the store. You can disable push notifications at any time from your device settings.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: email, name, phone number, address, location, user ID, and profile photo. This information will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this privacy policy.

To measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and improve the shopping experience, the Application may share limited event data with one or more third-party marketing and analytics providers, depending on the integrations enabled by the store owner. This data is shared server-to-server and is used only for attribution and performance measurement of advertising campaigns.

Only the providers actually configured by the store owner will receive data. You can stop all marketing/analytics tracking by uninstalling the Application.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the Application at any time. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Some data may be retained for a limited period in anonymized or aggregated form when required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, fraud prevention records). Such data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Alternative deletion request:
If you are unable to delete your account through the Application for any reason, you may request account deletion by sending an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please use the in-app account deletion feature described above, or contact them at [email protected] and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information they process and maintain. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
